As someone who frequently travels between Australia and many other countries, I’m interested in understanding how reviewer accounts are managed. Specifically, I have a few questions: • Are updates to my Google reviewer profile handled centrally, or are they influenced by the region I am currently located in? • Is account synchronization for Google Reviews managed globally, or does it vary by country (e.g., Australia vs. United States)? • Do reviewer account reconciliations or system updates occur on a scheduled basis (such as weekly), or are they processed continuously in real time? I appreciate that some aspects of these systems may be proprietary, but any general insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated. The online customer service team is TERRIBLE. They refuse to call me about me faulty watch, they do not sign off any names in the signatures and they don't provide any support or follow-up. I've…The online customer service team is TERRIBLE. They refuse to call me about me faulty watch, they do not sign off any names in the signatures and they don't provide any support or follow-up. I've requested a phone call at least 6 times now. Last person that provided a name was Anthony (no last name of course). Everytime they contact me it's the same genetic email and even I email back to ask a question in passed onto another person that sends THE SAME GENETIC EMAIL. This is the most frustrating experience all I wanted was a phone call to get this all sorted at once. I've been using Google products for years and never had an issue until now..... Do better Google! Actually care about your customers.
